Nope. This is the only element standing in the way of a conviction: Clearly, *_Trump's minions_* misrepresented the payments to Cohen in Trump's business records. But the case hinges on this - the prosecution still needs to convince the jury that *_Trump was aware of this._* All they have is Cohen’s word.

You wont believe this, but Trump is the biggest threat to America there is. He is working for Putin. He has NEVER, EVER, criticised Putin. WHY ??? In FACT, he has threatened to pull the USA out of NATO, he would stop ALL aid to Ukraine, just like Putin would want. AND he is dividing America like never before, just like Putin would like. Cast your mind back to before Trump came on the scene. The USA was a far more stable country, and Trump, together with Russian influencers in the USA ,is working to destabilise the country. People keep bring up that there are two lawyers, but understand that those are two new york lawyers on the jury.

Why can’t you or someone sue Alan Bragg because he must’ve had Costello’s information before it even went to the grand jury? Why isn’t there an investigation into the illegality of even bringing this forward and suing brag?

Don't put Costello on the stand. Because on the cross the confusion with the date/year would then put into question his honesty. Right now, the defense is being seen as being honest, and the prosecution the liars. Why even put that thought about the defense lying into the heads of the jurors? The gain from the Costello account isn't enough if the jurors start to question their honesty.

I find it astounding that corrupt people will send text messages and emails to their cohorts and their allies. And they still do it, knowing that these emails and text messages and even phone calls can be seized legally and used as evidence. It just shows the feeble minded nature of the corrupt.

Been observing trial, from what I see it does not look like they are going to put Costello on the stand. I think he was not on the witness list and despite the fact the corrupt judge allowed the prosecution to do anything they wanted to regarding witnesses the corrupt judge might not allow Costello to testify based on lack of notice.

Blanche can still call him. They are not done with Cohen. Monday is wrap up for him. but yes you are correct as of today he is still not on witness list. it was floated around though that he wanted to finish with Cohen first.
