Inshore Kayak fishing along the North coast of Jersey for bass using a mixture of lures -
In this video I paddled out with my friend Nick in search of some bass on the lures.
This video is ideal for beginners looking to learn how to fish for bass from a Kayak.
We paddled out during the early hours of the morning to explore areas of reefs and small hidden coves for the bass.
We used surface lures, savage gear sandeels, metal jigs & blade baits to find the fish.
There was lots of bait fish around and some great fishing to be had.

Cracking session! Lovely varied ground as well from shallow to deep. I'm sure it's been asked and answered before so apologies but what kayak motor are you using? I could do with something to increase my range a bit/ boost fishing vs. paddling time. Cheers.
