Spencer …. First and foremost, THANK YOU for the videos…… I am a disabled police officer up in Connecticut. I love all sorts of fishing. I bought some circle hooks and went fishing in the Housatonic River. I finally nailed about 8 cats the last two days… those circle hooks work great. Again, thank you for the vids. Makes my life much better.

im also in ct would recommend the glastonbury area of the ct river if youre going for cats theres some deep areas with some decent cats around also some bowfin and big carp so just a thought

Pal you don't appreciate us as much as we appreciate your videos. I will admit i tend to like the small river kayak fishing more than the big boat fishing, only my opinion so nobody blast me if you don't agree. They just seem like they would be more fun. Keep em coming brother i'm a fan for life.

Spencer in a kayak trying to solve a flathead riddle is my favorite type of episode (but I love them all). When that rod bends and the 70s porn music comes on, I know it’s going to be a dandy. Can’t wait for episode 2.

8:25...I just turned 40 last week and my mom bought me an old fisherman's hat just like his and he looks alot like my dad who's about to turn 73 this year. I wore it the whole week while I took my wife and our two sons to Florida to visit with family and I can't wear it here in Pittsburgh because it's just not that warm or fashionable. I love my mom, so I wore it for her, but I can't get away with it up here until summer.

Is that the Trinity? Sweet spot regardless! ♥

12 inches of heavy wet snow and 40 mile an hour winds last sunday are gonna make some sweet spots here on the upper Miss when the level drops below flood stage !

A whole lotta blues but man I was pretty happy just to see that flathead.. the sunlight that hit it made it look like a big ol' golden fish nugget lol. Great video bud

Everything is firing on all cylinders right now. They'll cool off eventually, but hopefully they can still manufacture runs. I love how they don't strike out as much as a team.

That was a fast 25 minutes Spenser. Time flies when the fishing I good for sure. Wherever you were it wasn't the swallow streams of Iowa which are drying up again sadly. Maybe the rains will help again some but we need much more. Looks like I'll be fishing the lakes again this year. Great video, can't wait to see the next part.

Good job spencer,i know exactly where you are fishing and yes,there are a bunch of yellow cats in there.The chances of catching a huge gar are good(100lbs plus)If i want to have the best chance at BIG fish,i go there.Gators get big though(5 to 9 feet)Awesome catches.
