Wind blast with naked bike at 160-170 will be too much for me to enjoy the ride. Plus less luggage options is another downside and obviously this ain't a city bike, so less usability. Basically, this is a drawing room bike 😅

I ride mine in NYC just fine, so I'm not sure what you're getting on about. Took it on a 2 hour trip outside of the city too with luggage and it managed just fine.
