Yeah luckily Ive been around these skis long enough now I was able to diagnose it and get it fixed in 1 weekend.

Pretty good cornering there...

@@ToddleyProductions stat saving for exhaust, impeller and check your compression with a non harbor freight tester so you know where your at. look in to a higher compression head or have yours milled .050 and it will pull you quickly out of those turns.

@izitwet ah yeah. I’d maybe think about doing an impeller but it will probably always remain stock under the hood.

@izitwet reliability mostly. I won’t ever sell my sxr. It’s been good to me stock. I don’t see any reason to mess with it at this point.

Nice! I just got a bone stock sxr-05 in great condition. I have a blowsion stubby pump cone that i got a few years back but never used. I set up a bouye racing course on a lake near my house a few months back. Would you recomend the stock cone or the stubby one for that? Its all stock in motor and handling. Chris

Ive never used one of those stubby cones before so I really don’t know. But a lot of the handling with these skis is trial and error. I just got lucky with my set up because I did so much research first. I’ve had a few people ride my sxr and they have said it’s the best handling sxr they have ever ridden. And I really like how it handles as well. But yeah it’s a lot of trial and seeing what works. And preference. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for watching !

Got it. ill try it then. i dont want to lose top end so i will just gps mine before and after and see. i guess a little top end dosent matter but still @@ToddleyProductions

@@achmed51 I personally don’t run it. I’d rather have my machine go in limp mode and save it self than whatever % they claim it gains. But I prefer reliability and the sxr is also plenty fast out of the box. That’s also something that is preference
