Hey man, exact same bike actually lol. All the rebuild kits I can find dont include the pistons, where did you find yours?

I reused the same pistons that came out of the bike originally. I just gave them a few rounds in the ultrasonic cleaner to get them clean enough to inspect for damage and to remove carbon buildup.

Hey, I have a ZZR 250 from 2002 that is full of problems in my garage. At the time I bought it mostly like that, one day I will restore it and I saved your videos. Do you have any useful manual / guide / website so I can take a look to fully restore it? Thanks
