To be honest I am not really sure. A lot of things I just hear about through other people or see on instagram. By following Japanese brands and things you like on instagram, they will usually announce if they are having any kind of public event! Maybe also twitter? Im sorry I'm not that helpful🥲

Definitely CS T&P! They have stores in a few locations! I know for sure there is one in Harajuku on Takeshita Dori, one in 109 and one in Ikebukuro. They sell all kinds of shoes and are up to date with current shoe trends in Kawaii fashion! Also unlike most stores they actually carry sizes SS~LL
