I personally think Kavalan one of best Asian whisky

This is probably the best whisky I have ever tasted.

The Kavalan cask strength with the blue label is one of the best tasting whiskies I’ve ever tasted.

Taiwan makes the best CPU. So they know how to do quality.

Perhaps traditional is what makes whisky, not engineers. Also I've had this bottle and it's not amazing. The "immense" flavor comes at a great price, namely the harsh alcohol which you can feel and also smell. It's is not unlike many poorly aged Asian whiskys not unlike Nikka moonshine. Also the quality is not much better, as the sherry is sour and so on, flaws a higher-priced Macallan would never have. I make a point to tell anyone trying to market Kavalan that there's a reason noone has ever reviewed it. I mean no expert at least. Can't stand up

Hi guys The first code at the front of the bottle also include the distilling date: S=Sherry 17=2017 0425=april 25th (Distillation date) 049D=The cask number. If you look at the back of the bottle, you will find the bottling date. So, yes these bottles do have an age statement. Great whisky in my humble opinion.

I am a big fan of Kavalan whisky. Its flavor is so unique.

Frankly, it tasted like Pepsi to me: sweet vanilla and spicy. Finished the bottle but I won't be buying it again. I prefer the Concertmaster from Kavalan.

These aren’t as good as they used to be. The whiskey used to be so dark it looked like the bottle was filled with coffee.
