@@SinfulKittyread online so look for yourself but said that was debunked and the study from Germany that made everyone correlate kava with liver toxicity was only involving alcohol based tinctures or contaminated kava (either the leaves or "tudei" kava which is the other type of kava from "noble")

if you bought "traditional grind" or "medium grind", yes. If you bought micronized kava or instant kava, no.

that's a bit of misinformation, as Noble Kava doesn't have any bad side effects but Tudei Kava does and also the same can be said with alcohol
