I feel that Katy is referencing towards the idea that being "committed" to a Healthy lifestyle can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when junk foods are so present and bright-like, making them a "temptation." Close to the end, though, she is able to realize that she can sort of find a balance to each of the healthiness and the indulgence but when she wakes up, she gives us this cliffhanger that "Luckily it was just only a healthy dream...or was it?" which might be interpreted as to how we have problems that haunt us and yet we tend to push them instead of facing them. I respect your opinion but I disagree. TOTGA, Thinking Of You, ET were from real experiences. Cali Gurls is an anthem for California Gurls. Firework, Roar, Part Of Me, By The Grace Of God were written when she wasn't okay. CTTR had political inspi. Dark Horse was just a promotional single but due it's popularity/success it became an official single. And many more. (ps. I'm just stating facts from her interviews & I'm not mad at you)
