You mean, the webbing located in the mucosa of labibuccal sulcus? Of course, it has disappeared.

Hi Dr Kook, can T-shape sliding genioplasty and mentalis resuspension be done at the same time? I had previous genioplasty done that resulted in a ptotic chin, and I want more sliming and sliding forward as well as mentalis resuspension done.

I have very similar issues but I didn’t have a genioplasty I had jaw surgery in the lower jaw midline area and I have extreme tightness there in the lower gums no doctor knows what to do and they describe it as scar tissue

As you told me, you had low midline jaw surgery. It can arouse mentalis ptosis that is conerned with tightness. Of course, scar tissue could provoke tightness, but it aggravate the symptoms. I'm sorry I couldn't give you her contact information. I don't think it's right to make it public.

@@drkookps then can you post a follow up video or comment or update on the post - simply stating how Katie’s current condition is & is she satisfied 1 year out - the most important thing is did her chin hold in place or did the mentalis muscle slide back down again?I think that’s the most important thing most people care about here!

The sensation comes back less than 3-4 month after the operation.

@@WatchOut628 experience was difficult due to food and stay otherwise.. surgery went good though...sensations now have come back all..around 5 % tightness still there but feels like gradually reducing with each week...cheek size and all have returned to same look like before...nose shape is 95% much better..chin is also 100% better..overall, can say that the doctor is good...only thing is be sure of what you want and not to get persuaded by doctor as he will suggest many surgeries, so you to be clever of not succumbing to their more surgeries suggestion.

Please the result is immediate After surgery ???
