Disgusting. As a survivor of SA & a lot of other traumas in my life that my own mother conveniently ignored, dismissed, or told me was my fault my entire life, watching this second Season of Paris in Love was insanely triggering and outrageous to watch. Episode 4 and 5 was a particular nightmare to watch. She sat there and tried to blame Paris for traumatic events that were both/either out of control or that Kathy flat out caused herself. And essentially wanted her to apologize to her in front of the cameras, and have her change what she wrote in the book, knowing it was true, but was more focused on herself (as always) & how people might change their view of her & her behavior, that she tried to guilt her into lying & saying the ghostwriter made up & embellished what she said. And when she & Nicky said “no, that IS how you act” she continued to STILL threaten to call the ghostwriter & harass her (another “I’ll destroy her” type of moment that she’s infamous for on COUNTLESS occasions when someone doesn’t do exactly what she wants). She also refused to have a conversation about Paris’ assault, then told everyone PARIS was the one that wasn’t ready to talk to anyone🙄🤮, then when she walked in on her daughters clearly discussing this, completely ignored the situation (like Kyle’s noted a million times, she refuses to address anything serious, no matter how much it hurts everyone around her to ignore), then proceeded to interrupt and ask Paris if she had a hat for Kim, who’d just arrived at their party, because KATHY had immediately decided her hair wasn’t presentable for her to even be seen by anyone, and she refused to let her go and see anyone until it was covered. Then she finds a hat for Kim, and Kim says “yeah, I guess my hair wasn’t done right, that’s what your mom said.” Anyone who doesn’t see how awful, cruel, manipulative, cold, and just outright controlling, condescending and MEAN Kathy is to her family is being willfully ignorant at this point, or YOU are that awful to your own families and don’t want to admit you recognize the despicable behavior as similar to your own. She’s abusive AF. No wonder Kyle regularly breaks down every time she simply gets a CALL from her, she gets so stressed out about the cruel things she’s about to be told or things she’s going to be demanded to correct or do, because nothing she nor Paris, no one, is ever good enough for her. You can see mean streaks and unkind things that are said have rubbed off on Nicky too, and the two of them regularly gang up on and bully Paris. The number of times Nicky THINKS she’s making a sly dig about Paris’ intelligence is gross, and shows she’s actually the one struggling there too. This family is messed up. But Paris and Kyle are done being scapegoats and pretending Kathy’s the “nice, funny” woman she desperately wants the public to think she is. Good for peacock for showing & catching all of the awful things she said this season, and following through with Paris, especially, about how hard & hurtful it is for her to say these things, and act so damn unkind and just cruel. They asked Paris how she felt after the awful scene where she’s being blamed and guilted about her assaults & pregnancy, and Paris looked just broken, and said ‘I don’t want her to get mad at me, yell, and hate me. I just can’t say anything.’ This is exactly what Kyle lives in fear of. Kathy is the worst. Mothers like this continue to do damage to their children LONG AFTER they’ve left the house. She tried to spin it, why she has never been to Paris’ new house, right nearby, in the 4+ months since they’d seen each other…we all KNOW why, Kathy. She has to keep her distance for her own well-being. And why is SO nasty to Paris’ husband!? The jealousy is PALPABLE; she’s pissed that he’s alerted her to how controlling her mother is, & helping give her support to stand up for herself, and she can’t stand it. TF. She really started this exchange: Kathy: “what ARE they, I never asked.” Paris: “what are who? Huh?” Kathy: “You know, the Other Family.” P: “What other family?” K: “You know, that Other Family” P: “You mean my HUSBANDS Family??” K: “Yeah. What are they?” Blank states from both sisters. Yeah, she’s a real nice lady. Really took the time to get to know her daughters husband & his family.🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Vile.

Paris Hilton has a beautiful soul.

We already KNOW they met all those people. It's the corporate giants and politicians who would be more interesting to know whether or not they've co-mingled.

She does it whenever Kathy is with her, because her mom makes her so uncomfortable & upset regularly, and she resorts to her “protected” voice. It’s been really sad to see her revert back to this again during the absolutely AWFUL, disgusting scenes where Kathy is essentially denying anything all that bad actually happened to Paris, blaming her, guilting her, and comparing her to her sister and saying ‘well Nicky never would have put herself in that situation’ or ‘Nicky, you wouldn’t have felt uncomfortable to tell me you were pregnant, right?’, while grilling her daughter about her book, telling her those aren’t her words, and threatening to take action against the ghostwriter, even after both sisters said “no, mom, you ARE like that”.🤮 She’s the worst. Reminds me of my own sorry excuse of a mother.

Kathy can get f-d. She’s horrid this season. If you actually watched it, you’d understand a LOT of why Paris got the reputation she USED to have. You saying she’s still that way, though, just says you’re incapable of looking past the surface. Embarrassing for you.😳

Andy is so annoying but I will give him credit for knowing what questions to ask 🫖
