This scripture is key! Think if everyone would do their own honest, self assessment to be the "best me" they can be. How would people change from glory to glory! How much would God eradicate in each one of us anything which is not of Him with the faith of a mustard seed to begin!

It was wishful thinking. Christian folks hope above all to turn the world into Christians, so it's hard to accept that it's not really happening. I've known some, like Kathy, who feel they've failed God if they don't convert everyone in their circle. So they're never really relaxed or happy. They must continually be preaching, and if you talk to them, they're never interested in you personally, but only as it pertains to how they can convert you.

God listened to our prayers to send us one who can resolve our economic crisis and world peace but even when he performed well, he was cheated and betrayed, so we have to do God's WILL again in 2024 if we want the blessings of the Holy Spirit. We are seeing what happens when God is disobeyed...inflation, chaos and wars in the world on top of natural disasters., because we lost the protection of the Holy Spirit in our disobedience to keep his messenger, Trump in office. No one is perfect among us, so God chooses the one with the ability to solve our problems, Trump. So listen to God's mentoring and not the lies and propagandas of our enemies. May God bless us all with wisdom.

I agree with Kathy Lee, more importantly Christ in that a house divided can not stand but Christ also warns " I chose you. You didn't choose me". I do pray for reprobate minds but if they do not surrender, it's their journey to hell. You can not serve two masters.

The real world is our trial and see what we are worthy of, heaven or hell according to the grace of God, the only one who truly sees our hearts. Our actions defines us truthfully than our speech.

I got to admit that made sense. I don't agree with everything with Kathy Lee on a Theological level. But, she understood the need for healing. This Nation certainly needs it. Only the Divine can fulfill this. Our ways are not God's ways. He has a reason for everything. All will unfold.

I listened with patience and good will to Kathie Lee, and support her message in my prayers for a more loving and unified polity and a stronger faith. I am a Democratic voter and a devout Christian. Unfortunately, I do not believe that the partisan divide in the USA is one of two "sides" to a simple debate. I believe that unity can only proceed from justice. And I believe based on all my reading and discourse that the Republican platforms (and Fox News' rhetorical positions) on the right have become too extreme to pretend that a consensus is possible. Maria B's harping on the Murdoch talking points of the economy (which is booming, contrary to her sound bytes) crime, etc. as causes of the divide are in my humble opinion right-wing agit-prop. The reason for the divide is much more fundamental based in race, class, language, geography and other "tribal" divisions, and I find the "kumbaya" approach on the right to be disingenuous and unhelpful. My God would never support what the GOP is dishing out as "moral" or "American" (tax cuts for the rich, voter disenfranchisement, keeping education and medicine expensive for the poorest among us, etc., etc.) So as much as I say Amen to faith in God's plan, I say no dice to Fox blather.

I feel your passion and would probably enjoy a discussion if we lived near one another. I like to hesr other opinions when there's not name calling and such. But as a devout Christian, I cannot support a party that is willing to dismember the most frail and innocent in the name of convenience. Most people used to agree at least on a 15 week or so ban. But now they've pushed for an anytime deal. I cannot bring my self to vote for that no matter any other issue. I think if we are ok with that we will be ok for taking out any other people group we don't like or disagree with or are annoyed with in the long run.

Everyone needs to speak the truth to everyone they meet. You only have so much time in this life and it is our responsibility as Christians to do what the bible tells us (God's voice). Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well...
