Bold claims thrown around here. 30 % of all construction costs are the result of rework . This is deliberately misleading to someone who doesn’t know modern buildings built by professionals . Define rework .

I'm assuming it helps to eliminate errors. Every project is based on time and efficiency. If you can reduces the amount of errors in a project that saves you time and a considerable amount of cost.
