Ingredients:
500grm Mutton
5 medium sized onion
3-4 cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
2 bay leaves
5-6 cloves
15-20 peppercorns
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped garlic
4-5 dry red chilli
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow chilli powder
½ cup curd
2 green chillies
some chopped coriander
½ cup oil
For Masala (dry roast the following ingredients)
1 tbsp coriander seeds
½ tbsp cumin
2 pieces of mace
1 black cardamom

Achhi aur kaafi farq kharey masalay ke gosht ka tareeqa. Chalye isko zuroor try karein ge. Hum zara farq tareeqay se banaatey hein. Lekin aapki khush shakal hai. Bahut shukria.
