Mutton Charsi Karahi is a flavorful and popular dish originating from the Pakistani region of Peshawar. Let me share some details about it:
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Oil: 1/2 cup
Mutton: 1/2 kg
Now cook it until color changes to white
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Cook it for a minute
Water : 2 cup
Now cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 25 to 30 minutes
Tomato : 6 to 7
Now cover it and cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes
Fresh chili chopped : 5 to 6
Salt : 1 tsp
Fresh crushed black pepper : 1 tbsp

اسلام وعلیکم میڈم پانی جو آپ نے ڈالا ہے اس میں لہسن اور ادرک ڈلا ہوا ہوتا ہے جسے چھان لیا جاتا ہے یہ ہیڈن لوپ ہے جو وہ بتاتے نہیں۔لہسن ادرک کا پانی استعمال کریں مزہ دوبالا ہو جائے گا

بی بی ٹماٹر کا چھلکا اگر نکالنا تھا تو سارے ٹماٹر کا نکالنا چاہیے تھا
اس میں دو بڑی غلطیاں ہیں ۱) چرسی کڑاہی میں گھی بلکل نہیں ڈالا جاتا ۔ وہ صرف چربی میں پکتا ہے ۔ ۲) چرسی اور شنواری دونوں میں کبھی بھی ادرک کا پیسٹ نہیں ڈالا جاتا ۔ صرف لہسن پیسٹ ہوتا ہے
آپ اردو میں کڑہائ کہہ رہے ہو اصل لفظ کڑاہی ہے ، کڑہائی تو ایمبرائڈری کو کہتے ہے، کہو کڑاہی
یہ مٹن ادھا کلو نہی ہے، شرط لگا لو،
