What’s the side about a dad who abandons you ?

Poor bio dad stay positive n keep moving forward never force anyone to love tou even your kids their lost dad seems like like a good human being with mistakes which we all have

There are always two sides to every divorce. I don't just take the word of the people who are more famous....i would love to hear Bill's side of the story.

What matters is his relationship with his daughter and if he abandoned his kids unfortunately that’s what he gets for being an irresponsible man. You reap what you sow. But it’s never too late to try and fix things and have a relationship, if each person makes it a priority to make it better. Time flies by so fast it’s better to love now before it’s too late.

Because she is close with her brother and HE has a relationship with their father already, but she hasn't been ready. They talked about it several times on their podcast

Is the relationship with her father warming? Or is it as I like to say…. thawing. Those are not the same.

Bill Hudson's father walked out on his family with no warning when he was 6 years old. After splitting with Goldie, Bill married Cindy Williams and raised two children with her. Let's not make him out to be some kind of a monster. It was very common for divorced parents to completely sever all ties with each other back then. Their new spouses rarely wanted them to be seeing their old spouses. The children would go with one parent and that would be the end of it.

This is unfortunate. Her bio dad, Hudson, gives off a negative angry vibe that she has to deal with and this situation isn't her fault. There is no reason for them to come together.

Go see your real dad!!!!! He loves you!

When Kate went to the media to seek mean and hateful messages when she sent that post out… happy abandonment day!!! I saw her real true colors behind her smiley face. I would hate my mother for not encouraging me to have a relationship with him, but only wanted him to have a relationship with her boyfriend. Some people have no heart. I am so sorry for her father so sorry. She’ll have to answer to that someday.

@@brandiegemmati7168 because their MOTHER pitted them against their father. That’s some really insidious behavior that I see far too often from women. My own mother tried that manipulation on me. I saw right through her lies and deceit. If you manipulate your own children into feeling a certain way about their own father, that’s some seriously BAD AND EVIL BEHAVIOR from the mother and shows her extremely low character. Money/success doesn’t automatically make you a good person. Goldie Hawn was cheating on him with Kurt Russell and then manipulated the children against their father in order to make her own selfish relationship transition easier. That’s some extremely f***ed up behavior if I’ve ever seen it. Be better, ladies! FFS!

Her brother posted that, not Kate. It is sad & no one knows what happened unless they were there. Sometimes fathers abandon their children & there is nothing no one can do. One thing that holds true; he had legal rights & he could have seen his children if he really wanted to. I saw a short interview with him. It sounds like he has regrets. It is sad for all of them, but he was the adult in the situation. Ex-wives cannot force dads to see their children.

Interesting she had no interest in her father until she decided to get into music now she's warming up to him. Wonder why?

My niece was estranged from my brother fir almost 20 yrs..unfortunately brother passed abd she missed valuable time with him. Be the bigger person and reach out ti your biological father.
