I disagree; Kate is a good singer, but she is a great actress. She’s Oscar-worthy, but she’s not Grammy-worthy. I love her though, and wish her much success in her singing career. Kate sings a lot better (especially live) than some singers who only sing 😆

I don't mind her voice.. not the greatest.. But people seem to forget or don't know Kate's father, Bill Hudson was part of the popular singing group from the 70's, the Hudson brothers.. so it's most likely genetic she is musical too.

Kate has been singing for a very long time! Just like Goldie, Kate has kept her singing under wraps for the most part, except for her occasional forays in public (I.e. in the movie Nine) and bits and pieces here and there.

Her father was Bill Hudson of The Hudson Brothers. The band had a tv show when I was young, so I'd say that singing and acting run in the family. She has a really lovely voice and she conveys the emotion of the song beautifully.

Of course she can sing. Look at who her parents are, especially her dad and uncles. The Hudson brothers were amazing back in their time. Goldie has a great voice as well.

Kate is also a fab dancer. Studied all of it growing up. She did a 60s-esque tv advert for something (a designer's fragrance?) and was the lead dancer and sang. I tried to find it online to no avail.
