It is just a folklore polka recorded at Muhu island (Estonia) decades ago.

I think it is a Tatar/Vakhitov standard..

This is Folke Nesland. He sell only few harps in year only to Norwegian music players.

You could try to get norwegian jew's harp ("munnharpe") from Simen Roheim Iversen - he's a norwegian maker whose harps are producing the typical sound too and are very traditional. There are also munnharpe-makers from other countries too whose instruments are made authentical and deliver the original sound, for example Babayev or Dernovoi (their instruments are even recommended by norwegian musicians).

Where are you located? One possibility would be to contact the harp smith, other is to check online shops. The normal price is around 30€. :)
