    Didi, how can we prevent fungus build-up in this recipe? i fear it will get mold/ fungus, Is there a time limit within which we need to finish this pickle?

    Always use moisture free jars and preferably glass jars. Once opened after 14 or 21 days, use a moisture free dry spoon to take out pickle. Store in a fridge after every use.

    @@kashmirfoodfusion okay, so, fridge part is the key here. Noted. Thank you for replying. I am gonna try your ver recipe tomorrow, any special tips? It looks so yummy just by appearance. As a Central Indian (Vidarbha), your recipes are a blessing for us spice lovers as except for Rajasthani and Kashmiri food, every cuisine in India is bland for our tastebuds as Vidarbhi people of Maharashtra.
