@@drjunior3753 the fuss is created by the infiltrators by pakistan and this can be easily seen from the recent development made by pakistan! They have included entire J&K, Sir Creek and Junagarh in the newly released map. They only care for land and thereby promoting this concept of Gazwa-e-Hind. Even they are making videos and using innocent kids to promote the narrative of Gazwa-e-hind.

Reminded me so much of an incident that happened while i was there. A Man guided us for about 5 kms to a place which sold gas stoves. In my ignorance i offeres to pay him 100rs and the man smiled and told me "no need brother just remember that we are kind people" and also i remember the young man who went out of his way to show us a shortcut around a heavy traffic jam we were in. I am not saying kashmir was a land of monks, there were a bunch of hooligans who did try to run me off the road with their car but i met a vastly more number of kind people and remember being ashamed of the way my mind, which was influenced by the main stream nationalist media, had thought of them. Love to you kashmir all the way from kerala and hope i see you again. And hope more people visit kashmir so that they realise that most of the things that we know about the place is a propaganda by the politicians to divide the country based on religion and other such things that dont really matter. So that those people can live their life in peace.

Ismail Fahad your comment seems very sincere and so its valuable . maybe others too can think better about kashmir and its people. i actually saw the video out of curiosity.... bcoz i wondered how j&k tourism dept would do an ad. i mean ...most of us equate kashmir with only danger or violence. thats why i liked your comment. we can also think that most Kashmiris are normal folks like pple everywhere

But, only 2-5% Kashmiris earn their living from tourism sector. our economy runs from massive production of Apples, walnuts, saffron and other fruits. Besides, Kashmiris are else employed in govt sector.

This is really true I am from kashmir last time some of my frns from Delhi visited kashmir and I took them to Dargah Hazratbal they told me we would like to have some tea we were searching for tea shop I asked one shopkeeper uncle name Javeed ahamed. He told me I would love to share my tea with u people. He insisted and told it would be pleasure for me.So he offered us with tea. And the guests were really surprised by that welcoming behavior and I felt proud as kashmiri that was amazing feeling.

I second what this film conveys from my personal experience...if anything on this earlth is more beautiful than Kashmir itself are people of Kashmir .... A gift of God truly is this place...

If you are in two minds about visiting kasmir. Just go for it. People will take care that noone harms you. They want tourist to come as they are their main source of income. They want that every tourist leave with good memories so that he can send more tourists like him. Ihave first hand experience in Kashmir. They are extremely caring. I remember one autowallah told us to go away from the city on the day of strike as travelling in Srinagar would not have been safe. So we went gulmarg that day. I talked to many Kashmiris. They are really suffering in this mess created by India and Pakistan. They just want peace and safe environment for their children so that they can learn and prosper in their life. I remember one person said that Hume bas ye khoon kharabe se azadi dila do. Wohi Kafi hai.

This reminded me of Salman and Thahsheen...two young men from srinagar...full of life and energy!...we would sit on the corridoors talking about life for hours...Salman looked at me and pleaded me with words I'll remember as long as I live.."Dont believe what you see from eyes that are not your own...see for yourself and judge for yourself...come to our Kashmir"..we met at a convention..Thashseen's name was hard for me to pronunce..he said lets do it again..held out his hand and said.."hi, I'm Taha"...my heart melted at this..I dont know if I'll ever meet them again...but their spirit made it clear...Kashmir is in safe hands ♡♥.

I am from kathmandu nepal.i wish to visit Kashmir once. I have been thinking of the same since last 5 years now. But I am scared of the current situation there. But I will make it once. Wish to visit Sri Nagar and meet the locals. Muslims Hindus Sikhs are all humans first. God bless Kashmir.
