they hunt the old one not the young ones so the reproduction process is not effected

Every year only 12 are allowed to be hunted in Pakistan with each permit price ranging in 165000 usd
endangered species is being hunted. so sad.

Local tribes have been harvesting Markhor for all of time so death is nothing new. However, because of the financial gain to local tribes, through conservation-based hunting, they now protect the Markhor. Consequently, the number of Markhor is on a steep rise.
