    கவுனி அரிசியை நன்கு நீரில் கழுவி 10நிமிடம் நீரில் ஊற வைக்கவும். பின்னர் ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் நீர் விட்டு உலை வைக்கவும். நீர் கொதி வந்ததும் அரிசியை உள்ளே விட்டு நன்கு வேக வைக்கவும். நன்கு அரிசி வெத்த பிறகு நீரை வடிக்காமல் சிறிது நீருடன் வைத்துக் கொள்ளவும். உப்பு சேர்க்காமல் தேவைப்பட்டால் சிறிது சர்க்கரை சேர்க்கலாம், இதனுடன் சிறிது (2 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்) தேங்காய் பால் சேர்த்து சாப்பிட்டால் சுவை மிகவும் அருமையாக இருக்கும்.

    வேகவைத்த கவுணி அரிசியை மிக்சியில் போட்டு ஒரு suttu விட்டு அதில் ஒரு டம்ளர் பால் சேர்த்து ஒரே ஸ்பூன் ghee கடாயில் விட்டு முந்திரி பருப்பு சேர்த்து சிவந்ததும் kavuni அரிசி பால் சேர்ந்த கலவயை அதில் சேர்த்து ஒருகொதிவிட்டு இறக்கினால் சுவையான கவுநி அரிசி பாயசம் தயார் சூப்பரா இருக்கும்

    Garlic for kanzghi and mundgiru jaadhi kaai garnish with ghee for karupu kavuni temple sweet , soak overnight , do not strain water use the same water with the karuupi kavuni colour pog.enys for cooking benefits as medicine , ise a dough grinder to redu e size kora kora and do not powder them , use coconut garlic jeera etc smashed and used directly or fry or dry roast them if it can get any better , alternatively the author says 2 days ularthi use salt for taste when used with machine grind powder from rice mill ,

    Hi ma... I used to give my ten year old son during his fever time.... He likes it and i feel that it gives better immunity .. My sister's daugter 5 years old also having this during fever times when they can't digest normal food... If your kids are too thin then it will not suit them..... It's mainly for weightloss when we can take only minimal food with maximum nutrients... You can give them but try everything for few days and decide, like other foods
