Hello Sylvie love the way you teach beginners with your vids they are wonderful and prices Adjan Karuhat from the golden age of Muay-Thaï he has a great boxing style like his friend Wangchannoi the one I used to fight in the north of France in my young age. Keep showing those Masters to the new generation. thanks to you and your boyfriend for your sheer work.

I can find no other content fighting related that is this detailed in sparring. Not judging on what you say but the camera work and the movement is just amazing to observe for newer people like me, its amazing. Thank you so much for these for free!

@@8limbsUs hundred percent! Theres so much subtleties in muay thai and sometimes thai trainers arent able to articulate certain ideas too well with limited english. The fact you grasped those concepts through application and break it down so nicely for other fellow muay thai lovers is much appreciated!

Thank you for these great videos. It's always been a dream of mine to go to Thailand and learn from these Golden Age Legends! I started my Muay Thai Journey training under Kongnapa Wacharawit and he is by far my most favorite person to train with. He just recently moved back to Roi Et. Kongnapa is a 4 time Rajadamnern Champion. He has beaten notable names like Namkabuan, Nampon, Saenkang, Taweechai, Jack, Sombat and many others. He was a very technical fighter and had a very hard left kick and right hook. I know your schedule is crazy, but you should try looking him up. He is a great instructor and speaks really good English! Let me know if you would like some help getting in contact with him.

This is the gym of Chatchai Sasakul, but this he does not train there regularly. He is meeting me there as a favor. He does not train people often.
