Yes, technology has some benefits when used as a tool. However, addiction, dependence, over stimulation, and dehumanization are a definite and imminent threat to our health and state of mind. I remember when people engaged in polite conversation and said hello on the street. That is gone. We are losing our most precious gifts as humans. Our loving kindness, gratitude, and mental sovereignty are dying. I wish for everyone to wake up, embrace loving kindness, and begin to engage in life again, in a meaningful way! 💖 Thank you for all your contribution to sentient beings!
