Welcome to this guided meditation video, designed to help you relax, let go of stress and find inner peace.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, with your back straight and your feet grounded on the floor. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, and slowly exhale. Allow your body to settle into a calm state.
As you continue to breathe deeply, feel yourself letting go of any tension or worries. Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment, letting go of any distractions or thoughts that may come up.
Visualize yourself in a peaceful and calming environment, perhaps surrounded by nature or in a place that brings you joy. Allow yourself to feel the serenity and stillness of this space.
As you continue to breathe, imagine a warm and comforting light surrounding you, filling you with love and tranquility. Let this light envelope your body and mind, bringing you to a state of deep relaxation.
Allow yourself to stay in this peaceful state for as long as you need, letting go of any negative thoughts or emotions. When you feel ready, take a deep breath in and slowly exhale, bringing yourself back to the present moment.
Take a moment to feel the sense of calm and peace that you have created within yourself. Know that you can return to this state of relaxation and tranquility whenever you need it.

    How long does it take to come into the no thought state? And how to observe the breath without controlling it?

    Meditate for number of minutes as your age; how long depends on how busy and how emotionally charged up your mind already is; simply watch your breath go in and out of your nose without forcing it in any direction

    @@fierce10 my mind is calm. I can observe my breath without daydreaming for like the whole day. I just dont get deep in meditation. I often have no thoughts in meditation,but my breath feels not natural

    @@SerenityZ4 try to lie down with a straight spine and relax into the surface, let every part of the body loose and then avoid any physical motion after that - that will help you to go deeper

    @@fierce10 i focus on the tip on the nose. But i have one question about this video. In the video the gut breathes thourgh both nostrils,but dont we just breath thourgh one nostril,it always changes. Thats confusins. And is it normal to reach no breath in 1minute?
