You're unusual for your age. You've probably been healthy during your long life. Dementia and other health issues happen to elderly people who have had cumulative health problems over their long lives. Biden has had aneurysms, COVID twice very recently, numerous plastic surgeries- hair plugs, face lifts, Botox and fillers, he could have been abusing medication, alcohol, etc. We don't know. Clearly he has a problem at his current age that he didn't have 20 years ago.

I actually obtained a copy of his daily schedule from a friend (on the inside) 10am - Joey is woken up for his morning sponge bath (by "Ashley", his daughter) She also spoon feeds him his morning bowl of oatmeal. (sprinkled with Wheat Germ in an attempt to stem the bowel leaks) 11am - Plays Checkers - in the Oval Office, with various members of the staff (they let him believe he wins) (Have you ever seen an senile old man get angry?) 12 noon - Boiled Prunes and Ham Hocks for lunch (helps break up the constipation cause by all the drugs pumped into him for all the various public showings where he has to read from that "scary machine thingy" the man behind the camera calls a - Teleprompter (Side note - Lunch is delivered in an old school style lunch pail - Hense the nickname, "Lunch Pail Joe") 1pm - Diaper change (.......partly due to the prunes for lunch, but mostly his age is the cause of his "Fecal Incontinence") 2pm - Finger painting on the Terrace. (He enjoys overlooking the Rose Garden and says it helps him take his mind off of his coal mining, truck driving and gang banging with Corn Pop days) 3pm - Visits with Hunter. They go through the books to verify that the "Big Guy" is still getting his 10%. Its the ONLY time of day when Joey is alert and cognoscente. (he loves the kickbacks) They share a bowl of Tapioca pudding together and usually fight over who gets to lick the bowl. 4pm - "Ashley" returns to read a bedtime story and to give Daddy his daily "Rub down" so he can fall asleep without snoring. (Side note - He loves it when she reads "The Little Train That Could" because he is after all............. "Amtrak Joe")
