I'm wondering if that's strictly Federal jobs, or if it's State and Federal combined. They're BOTH very bad signs, but the latter would at least give us a little more time to right the boat vs. the former.

Once again the Government adds jobs to counter poor job performance. It happens a lot if you look at revisions historically. PLUS - people are working 2 or 3 part time jobs to make ends meet.
