Hi Jacques, baie dankie vir die great video en geluk op die prestasie! Hierdie video het my regtig geinspireer om my eie drawwe vir die Here te gee en te begin oefen vir Ultras. Ek doen my eerste marathon in Oktober en dan gaan ek verder stoot! Sien uit na die volgende video🙏🏼
