We love Sally, she is so cool. And her weird laugh makes us laugh all the time. 😂
Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed it very much. I'm participating my 1st Backyard Ultra next week in Hamburg. I always said if I could make it to 2 Marathons (13 rounds) would be amazing; but100K (15 rounds) would be EPIC. I consider this video a good sign as you've achieved 13 & 15 rounds :) Good luck & enjoy your future adventures.

@@roberturbanphotography hey guys. I finally did it. I managed to achieve 10 rounds. I enjoyed it very much. As the race continued I needed almost the whole 1 hour to finish each round, the last couple of rounds I only had 1 minute to get some snacks and water and continue. So it was difficult to continue. Definitely need some continuous training.

Amazing from both of you 😊👏🏻 can I ask what your Garmin / watch strategy was, did you just press start then finish at the end or did you hit the lap button at every new lap etc ?
@roberturbanphotography

Hi we don’t use Garmin, we have both Apple Watch. So we just let it run whole the time. But I know some people on Garmin did the lap button at every new lap. For us it was easier to monitor our pace if I didn’t pause the activity.

@@roberturbanphotography makes sense, plus you don’t have the hassle of forgetting to start it again on the next lap. What was your overall AVE pace doing the way you did ?

Hoe train je hiervoor? Tot welke afstand/ tijd bouw je op?
@anneliekehuijerjans
