Very close game Karjakin probably had a win somewhere but congrats to Shak for managing to pull of the escape.

In concrete aspects of the game like forcing endgames, combinations, complications, shak is second to none!! Your only chance of beating him is probably when he plays some dubious openings and gets bad positions where long term positional pressure will be there.. even there he strives for complications so it is never easy

Good game. Although, in my opinion, Karjakin missed the winning move at 8:06 - Re5.

Nope, u are wrong. Because after Re5, Rc4, Rxa5 and the A file will be wide open. Again, this is strictly my opinion, so..

Brulserz at 8:40 white has the a-past pawn, anyways, as long as the rook is not behind it, winning chances are minimum. In your line line Re5 Rc4 Ra5 Rf4 black also gets one f-pawn.

Carlsen would have converted that ending

At 6:34 shakh missed a tactical shot thats N×f3 then he is getting a piece .no threat on the rook on e8 cause its supported by bishope + rook

in 6:34 its karjakins turn. shakh played f6 to protect rook and make the shot. but karjayin prevent it immediately.
