"Penny Parker" was smart, did research, managed to infiltrate the group, confirmed what she had heard, and then published her findings with substantial evidence that proves what she claims is true. THAT is real investigative journalism. We need more journalists like her.

An ex-gf and my ex-wife were both abused. This isn’t how they went about it-for gain and attention. They felt deeply ashamed of their abuse, and suffered from major confidence issues. Real abuse gets in a person’s head and affects them, altering their lives in ways that are hard to imagine. It’s a serious thing, and a far cry from Twitter call-outs we’ve seen these last few years.

L4w1N c0l Some women can feel compelled to keep quiet about it for any number of reasons. We need to let them know that these crimes are serious and that they can be comfortable reporting it to the police where an investigation can take place. The trend of false rape accusations has made many people, not just women, think twice about coming forward, especially is it involves someone of high status. If we want to solve this issue, so that SJWs can’t hijack this bullshit and use it for their own personal gain, we should advertise a proper procedure for what actions to take in response to sexual assault and rape. (Also describe the line between assault and rape) If women, especially timid women, can feel comfortable and confident in going to the police or a hospital then false accusations can be dealt with faster.

Once upon a time, I actually did quite a bit of looking at the Pick-Up Artist thing. Back just before when the hipster dudebros came in and far before feminists found out about it, I went to quite a few of the lectures. (One big lesson, ladies and gentlemen-if they don't like you, MOVE ON. Perfect doesn't exist if you can't have it-she doesn't like you, doesn't want to talk with you, doesn't want to give you the time of day-her loss, not yours. Let her boil impotently with her friends over Long Island Ice Teas as you're having a good time with someone that DOES like you.) One of the lecturers was a woman (shock and amazement!), and she pointed out how EVERY SINGLE THING we were going to learn with her tonight-negging, emotional stimulation, false time constraints, wingmen, etc, etc, etc-was things that most WOMEN did, consciously or unconsciously. It's emotional gaming, and women are good at it because they've had our culture work very hard to give them those skills, in one way or another. From magazines to movies to moms and aunts and sisters telling them, women have the training as well as the general advantages of being female (no joke- tinyurl.com/ya8snybv tinyurl.com/y6badfld ) to use over men. I wish I still had the woman's information from the lecture-I think that she'd take this apart in very fascinating ways. She's probably point out that it is emotional manipulation, on people that are so desperate for anything remotely positive in emotions from women that they'll take it. Never seeing the hook that is there.

@Stepping Playlist 1 That is the thing that we have to realize. Many of these women had a dream, and they're hitting the point where they have to settle or admit that they won't have their dream. And, these women have been told their entire lives that they will get EVERYTHING THEY WANT, and to settle is failure. So, if they can't have it, they'll destroy anything they can within reach.

Don't think so. Bullying is encouraged in the workplace as is snitching. Even my HR snitched to Management when a co-worker was complaining about a certain manager while he was still talking to her!!! She was messaging the manager the whole time!! Then the manager walked down to HR to have it out with the co-worker! That muct be a violation of some sort, but my co-worker won't take action. He's too scared.

If “adult grooming” is a thing now, shouldn’t we be shutting down all the dating websites, pubs, nightclubs and anywhere else people go to meet other people for casual sex and relationships? So if I asked an adult woman if she’d like to have sex, she can’t just say “no thank you” and move on with her day, she has to have been groomed!? Please can you read out all future Karen quotes in the Borg voice?

Well, it would have been nearly impossible for the writer to present evidence about the economic motivation behind the Whisper Network. That is, they would have had to have access to info directly coming from HR departments or important people at executive positions at publishing companies. In other words, a whistleblower, which is unlikely to happen, since the industry operates as an almost perfect hive mind. It could be argued that, given the sheer impossibility to obtain reliable data backing that particular position, they should've refrained from stating it in the article. That's a reasonable take, but the truth is, given all the other things they do back with actual solid evidence, it is a perfectly valid hypothesis. Therefore, I would say they should've made it more clear this was at the moment just a possibility, not fact. Anyway, this was just the first installment. Let's see what else they have.

It was a huge mistake to watch this while eating. I almost choked when you got to the part where the last complaint was, "Also? He like totally ghosted us after he was done grooming us, and he never got us the gigs he told us he'd get us if we slept with him."

You are quite right about such folks having skeletons in their closets. The thing is if anyone were to try to cancel any one of these bitches and point out their emotionally abusive behavior... they would view it as harassment and abuse and will seek legal recourse against anyone who brings up proof of their abuse... I mean just look at Zoe Quin's behavior.
