I dont think he made it into the house and i dont think she hit him with the car either.. there is a possible third scenario.. What if Karen pulled away.. he was walking towards the house.. two or three people came out of the house (maybe for a smoke break.. a private chat.. or fresh air.. Orrrrr to let the dog out for a pee) The dog (who we are told hates strangers) spots John in DARK clothing walking towards the house and thinks intruder.. John sees dog coming puts his arms up to shield his chest.. german shepherd gets up on hind legs catching both arms with claws.. John cusses out dog.. people who had stepped out of party go to retrieve dog and hit John with something in head or give him black eyes etc (cos Johns injuries were only to his head and arms and hands) then they left John there in the snow and went back to party and carried on as if nothing had happened This Scenario fits the evidence plus only 2 or 3 people would have to get their story straight rather than a whole party full of people.. plus the chances of the same tail light hitting John... and a few hours later hitting his parked car is very slim in my opinion.. and i dont see a soft body of a person at a short distance smash a Lexus tail light

I was wrongfully accused. I was hours away from going to Rikers Island. I went to trial and was acquitted in literally 15 minutes. The judge upon seeing what I was accused of doing and the evidence which pointed to another person, was so astounded the prosecutor would even file the charges knowing full well that ALL the evidence was NOT against me, reprimanded the prosecutor and allowed him to only try to prove 1 of the 16 counts. After the trial, the jury and then THE judge cane out to hallway where I was with my attorney, and personally apologized to me. I lost my job, my sense of security, and my view of the justice system. We sued NYC, the NYPD, and the detective but you know who WE could not sue? The prosecutor as they are almost always immune from prosecution. In the end, I won a 1/4 million dollars but mt life was changed forever. So please do not whitewash the concept that the government is always above board. That is disingenuous and offensive.

So awful that they are both being used by the Prosecution to testify against Karen, their very good stepmom who gave them all her love and ensured that they both now have a large bank account for their future too! She loved them both so much as if they where her own children! On the morning of that day, she took his niece with her to treat her to an iced coffee before school (John was angry about that, because he thought she spoiled the children too much) that was the so-called serious argument according to the prosecution, which would show that they were going to break up.. ridiculous and nonsense!

Mmmh the entire O'Keefe family was immediately turned against Karen by the real perpetrators and the people who participated in this cover up, so they apparently immediately stopped contacting her... if only they had taken the time to hear from Karen what really happend, instead of immediately condemning her completely for John's death and that while Karen was also completely devastated by his death at that moment.. no chance to mourn being arrested for murder for something in which she was not involved at all . I hope that the O’Keefe’s will realize how they themselves have been used by the third party, the real perpetrators, against Karen and that they will one day express their regret because Karen did not deserve any of this (what many people do not know is that She had Crohn's disease since she was 25, a large part of her intestines was removed, and then she also turned out to have MS and a brain tumor after she was arrested. Yannetti told this on a video 2 years ago and said he didn't even knew then, if she could make it to court..

Do those texts seem like they’re coming from someone who is committing a massive crime and has to worry about covering up all of the evidence or do they seem like they’d come from someone who hasn’t put any thought into his friends telling anyone or his personal phone getting searched because he’s not involved in framing an innocent woman?

Poor John was very beaten up by Colin Albert en Brian Albert in their basement .. It's so evil to frame Karen of what they did to him .. she didn't beat him look how thin and small she is.. Colin Albert had beef with O'Keefe for some time. Colin would litter O'Keefe's garden with beer cans was often confrontational towards his much older adult neighbor John O'Keefe. And because O'Keefe also found out about Colin's drugs dealing in O'Keefe's neighborhood (they were neighbors) and O' Keefe wanted to tell this to his higher ups. The Alberts and their son Colin even went so far as to have a barbecue with friends on John's porch and also took pictures of themselves, leaving the mess there for John while he was on vacation in Aruba! So much bad blood between them already. So that's why Colin hit John when he came into the Fairview 34 house that night and Brian Albert and Higgins got involved in the fight too and Cloe the German Sheppard defended his bosses, it went badly wrong so they decided to just put him out in the freezing cold. They all agreed that they would all say that he had never entered the house! How convenient when Karen came back for John that early morning. Then Jen McCabe thought they could frame Karen, the ultimate plan so they wouldn't all have to pay for what they did to John! The truth emerges step by step.John's spirit helps Karen to find real justice and the real perpetrators can no longer hide...Karma is coming.
