John needed directions to get to the Albert’s house. Jen spoke to John giving him directions as to where the Albert’s house was. He didn’t know where the Albert’s house was. And Karen only recalls leaving John at The Waterfall according to Jen’s testimony. Karen wouldn’t want to go to Fairview and be adamant about going to look there if in her mind she left John at the bar. Jen testified to this that she had to inform Karen she saw them outside the Albert’s home. Karen wouldn’t even know the street name “Fairview” if she didn’t remember going there. Why would she state over and over to Jen that she needed to go to Fairview if she told Jen she only remembers leaving him at the bar. I think Karen knew she dropped John off there, knew she didn’t leave him at the Waterfall, two people testified they possibly saw her in her car alone outside the home. Fairview was the last place Karen saw John and she wanted to go there to see if he was still there.

This judge needs to be removed from this trial,if she doesn't have the patience to listen to the evidence from both defence and prosecution then she is in the wrong job.Never seen so many interruptions from a judge.

Why has she not shed a tear or looked at her boyfriends family sitting near her? The telltale was when he was still supposedly missing and she was the only of the three women who didn't take her shoes off upon entering the house when it was common knowledge as a neat freak he required it. She unlike the other two it didn't matter because she knew he was DEAD.

You shouldn't be caught up in society beliefs that being hysterical isnt ok since someone could've n probably died . What if your immediate family died? Wouldn't you be upset n maybe hysterical?? Listen to the evidence. Because it took so very long to find him, so thats why she was hysterical because obviously something happened to him. And drinking will add to the hysterics. So what. I can give the benefit of the doubt on a couple coincidences, but this case is full of way too many of them and LOTS of guilty behavior from people who say they have nothing to do with it.

This is painful to listen to. Is this common to ask questions of a witness of their prior testimonies then they need to be refreshed in their memory by showing them testimony in writing??? Frigin waste of time for every person in courtroom.
