breaking onto a military base has got to be one of the dumbest ideas. They have authorization to shoot first and ask questions later. State laws don't apply on a federal military installation.

That woman antagonizing the Royal Guard is well known in London as a crazy cow. She stands out front of the Horse Guards stables by the street where they have 2 horses standing guard in shelters either side of the fenced off courtyard. She likes to go out front and antagonize the mounted guard by messing with the horses. She does it all of the time. Why they don' trespass her from the property and arrest on sight is beyond me. She just won't stop until they stop her for good.

He was, and I'd like to thank him for standing up for the other vet. Although the female employee who was behind the counter is a former vet, she had no right to say anything she, was out of line & no longer in the service. Even today, 3/25/24, many citizens have no idea what we vets go through. We are not asking for the world when we come home. Allow vets the time we may need to get back into society.

@@rjakob8073 I think what you're both missing on that one is "stolen valor". It's a misdemeanor in the US, although probably not often enforced. But you can be imprisoned for up to a year for it. He was obviously not a veteran, because almost everything about his uniform was wrong. But perhaps her outburst wasn't really the right time or place...

Stolen valor is such a wierd thing, I didnt realise how rampant it is until years later, Mostly because although I was born in TX and served USN from 98-2000 I lived my whole life in Canada. You dont see that much up here. I dont think I have seen a single case in Canada.

The deli was a shitshow. The audacity of that lady that supposedly “earned the uniform” and says it’s “hers”. I was in the army for 4 years plus a year in Iraq, I personally don’t give a shit what Joe snuffy on the street wears. We have the freedom of speech which means what dude wears is covered by that right. I also swore an oath to protect and defend the constitution even if that means defending somebody I don’t like for whatever reason, it is my job and duty to stick up for their rights if I see someone trying to violate them. I ain’t in the army I got out in 2010 but I still take the oath I took seriously. Without these rights this country won’t be what it is today. Yeah things are polar yeah our current administration is very undesirable to me but this country is still the greatest one out there and I still feel patriotism. That lady if she really is a marine vet, she needs to take another look at the constitution again put aside her feelings and let the man be. He’s a paying customer and he was nothing but respectful then he deserves the best customer service provided. And if she really felt that strongly she could have just served him and then came to have an intellectual debate about it if he was willing to discuss with her because DOING THAT is a much more American thing to do because it’s both parties exercising their freedom of speech and debate in a civil manner.

The 82nd & 101st have infantry training, Ft. Brag as well. Been like that since atleast the 80's. I was attached to the 82nd as fuel petroleum specialist in Grenada we shipped out of Ft. Lewis Washington. And now yes u do get a patch and it is recognized as a seperate tour of duty. Thier r some things u need to brush up on. The 82nd and 101st do not justtrain or exclusive to one post, camp, fort, base, or any military installation.

First off, when it comes to the proper grammar of the title of Navy SEALs, the latter part of their name, SEAL is an acronym. It is not an animal. Yes, seals can be bad as s, but the meaning of the acronym is SEa, Air and Land(SEAL). If writing as a plural, it’s simply, SEALs. These bad boys are the primary special operations force for the Navy, and a component of the Navy Special Warfare Command. Some Navy SEALs could give a rats as s with how it is spelled, however, there are some Navy SEALs who despise it, and ticks them off to no end. I’d hate to run into the latter if they knew it had been me who had f’d up. Essentially, it’s just a sign of respect, and I wholeheartedly respect all of those who bleed red, white and Blue, especially the Navy SEALs, they have a special place in my heart.

I had a service dog and a restaurant tried to push to far. First off the owner came out and said “that’s not a service dog” I quickly corrected him stating “ that’s not for you to determine you should talk to a lawyer on how to address this situation. It is a service dog. You are allowed to ask what the dogs for that’s it. Anything outside of that you are violating ADA.” He apologized and just told me he doesn’t deal with it to often and left us alone. My dog stayed under the table the whole time and not many people even noticed her.

‘Back in the day’ military IDs were laminated, as were drivers licenses and all sorts of other ID. My first driver license was laminated, and my first military ID was laminated. Laminated IDs were replaced long before youtube became popular and cell phone cameras (or cell phones) even existed. The bartender was right.

If thats her business in the 2nd clip she has every right to deny anyone entrance. It's private property and owners can deny services to anyone.

Service dogs don't belong in grocery stores or restaurants unless they can detect seizures etc.
