4:16 All that vile woman in the blue had to do was visually scan the lady's items and check quantity and cost on the receipt. There was no reason to rifle through everything with her grubby hands. I'd return it ALL that instant.

Many stores ask to see a receipt as you are leaving -- if you aren’t stealing -- no problem

These stores today continually try to make perfectly innocent customers criminals and will remain aggressive toward these people even after the fact. Even to the point of physical violence to maintain control over their mistakes!

Just happened on this video. I don't know who you are, but the second you said, "We don't care," you became my hero. Carry on!

First, the english lady assaulting the customer because she doesn't want to be filmed. TOO BAD! I would press charges on her. Second when they figured out she did pay for her groceries, i would make them refund me and go shop somewhere else. third corporate would be getting a call as well a copy of the recording. If these damn stores don't want to check people out, then stop complaining.

4:00, what was the racial profiling? One of the employees was white and the guy was black. Are you insinuating the white lady was racially profiling but the black guy wasn't? Why does this narrator always stir up drama when there isn't any? It just makes you look silly. The store obviously saw something suspicious or they wouldn't be checking her. She shouldn't have tried to grab that ladies phone from her hand, but again there wasn't any racial profiling so just stop with the false allegations.

Your editing really sucks. You stop your clips in the middle of people talking. You stop your clips before we know what happened. We get a half sentence and then it abruptly ends and moves on to the next clip. That's really frustrating to watch. Either take it all out or leave it all in but don't give us half of it!
