Słuchając tej piosenki zawsze mam przed oczami moją ukochaną Oma, którą nazywam "Słodka". Była uroczą i miłą staruszką. Zmarła w 1981 roku i bardzo mi jest jej brak.

Ich hab's als Kind immer mit meiner lieben Omi gehört. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass "er" sie auch wirklich einmal holt. Das war so furchtbar 2006. 😭😥😢

Da kommen wieder die "alten" Zeiten hoch. Jeden Samstag Hitparade ,das musste sein.

Ein schönes Lied und man spürt da auch noch die Achtung vor dem Alter. Das ist uns irgendwie verloren gegangen. Schade darum! Jugend ist schön aber wir waren ja alle mal jung und auch die Jungen werden mal alt!

It's great that Karel Gott survived the bomb attacks on the houses in Pilsen when he was a 5 years old boy, he said he didn't get one single scratch from bomb attacks, got safe from the ruins. As a little boy, he spent time in Grandma's garden, watching nature which was inspirational for him and he was painting pictures. But this way he created very nice music, or he sang his own version of international hit parade songs that the audience wanted at that time. Hanka Zagorová, Michal David, and other singers also loved the Italian and American songs and sang them in the Czech language.

Tja ich bin bei meiner Babiska aufgewachsen, sie war die beste! hab sie bis zu ihrem Tod gepflegt. Ich vermisse sie bis heute und sie ist leider seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr da!!!

Habt ihr es bemerkt: Bei der Stelle ... sie hat uns getröstet in der N a c h t ...... hat er das Mikrofon etwas weggehalten. Vermutlich, weil die Wucht seiner Stimme die Technik zerstört hätte. Karel Gott, ein Jahrhunderttalent. 🌹

Als wir Kinder waren sind wir oft gefahren oben auf dem Wagen mit dem Heu und bei uns war immer Babička. Herrliche Geschichten konnte sie berichten und für uns war's immer wieder neu alle Kinder liebten Babička. Singen kochen tanzen lachen glücklich machen das war Babicka. Pferde stehlen Äpfel schälen und erzählen das war Babicka. Sie hat uns getröstet in der Nacht und gut ins Bett gebracht wir liebten sie und spielten gern mit uns'rer Babicka. Wenn wir sie besuchten roch es schon nach Kuchen wir probierten heimlich Erdbeerwein und dann wurde uns so schlecht davon. Singen kochen tanzen lachen glücklich machen das war Babicka. Pferde stehlen Äpfel schälen und erzählen das war Babicka. Sie hat uns getröstet in der Nacht und gut ins Bett gebracht wir liebten sie und spielten gern mit uns'rer Babicka. Ich seh's noch wie heute hör' die Glocken läuten in der kleine Kirche gleich beim Haus. Alle weinten wir um Babicka. Sie hat für ein Leben nie klein beigegeben einer nur war stärker noch als sie und der holte uns're Babicka.

Schön wer eine solche Oma hatte .

Karel loved comedy and jokes. Singer Monika Absolonová did recently an interview about Karel. She respected him very much. In the interview was also a Karel´s dancer who was dancing also in Germany. He is from the gay community, and he got married. Karel respected also a gay community. When they were in Germany in the 80s Karel saw on tv Michael Jackson dancing to Thriller and Karel said tomorrow you will dance to this too, probably was joking. But he admired the famous singers. In Las Vegas, he met Sinatra Sammy Davis Jr. Diana Ross and other great singers. Monika and the dancer said that he was even more funny and enthusiastic in private than in public. Monika also cooked some cakes for him during Christmas or birthdays. He liked sweet cakes. But Monika was joking that he was cheating on his wife about the food. He even insisted someone throw out the trash so his wife will not notice it. His wife was very caring and tried to cook healthy food, salads, and diets but he sometimes insisted on different food that his friends helped him to get. But one day on Christmas Ivana called that the healthy food will not work out, she insisted please bring the Christmas fish. Ivana also said Karel told her that he always liked the impersonators who were mimicking Karel, there was some Karel Gott competition of his impersonators and the real Karel Gott ended up in 10th place. Monika one day cooked Christmas bread for Karel and for friends, but then she realized she put there one bad ingredient. She quickly called to friends. They said yes we have a chemist in the family it started to ferment. Monika called Ivana and said well this year it didn't work out. But Karel said No no it's very good I put butter on it. Monika said she had the biggest stress about how Karel will react to it, he was the one who forgave everything. Monika had a very nice relationship with him and his wife Ivana. Monika has sons. Karel was joking Where I was at that time you have sons I have only girls. She likes to say jokes when she is with colleagues and friends. She also one day was saying jokes, after an hour all men left for another room except for Karel. He was very respectful. She broke up with her partner. But she isn't the type of person who immediately finds another partner. Ivana called her and was joking why did you say you have no man, Karel is thinking about it for three days and bothering me about how it's possible that someone like you has no partner. She said he was very nice to everybody. Also, a singer Jitka Zelenková said he didn't like conflicts he tried to avoid conflicts as much as possible. He gave a lot of attention to fans. After concerts he spend a lot of time with fans and told also to his manager that the fans are not here for us we are here for them. So he told the manager that all fans shouldn't be unnoticed or neglected etc. Karel did many duets with other singers and he was teasing Monika to make a duet. She always thought he is just joking because she respected him as an icon. People told him No he offered you to make a duet. So they did a duet. He also loved dogs. Not just his own but his colleague's dogs. He also liked the tv singing shows Superstar and he liked to offer the duet with men or women who were in Czecha and Slovak singing shows or also other young singers and groups.

Da war die Hitparade noch toll.Dieter-Thomas Heck war der einzig wahre Hitparadenmoderator.Viktor Worms ging ja noch aber dieser Uwe Hübner war eine Katastrophe

Als wir Kinder waren ließen wir einen fahren oben auf die Wagen in die Cheu und bei uns war immer BAR Pitschka Chärlichä Geschichten iber Leite hinzurichten und fürs uns wars immer wieder Nei Alle Männer liebten einmal BAR Pitschka Singen, Stochern, Tanzen Lachen Männer glücklich machen Das ist Bar Pitschka Geld stehlen, Äpfel steheln,Tiere quälen das war Bar Pitschka..... ;-)

In this video: Karel Gott nerozlišoval medzi prezidentom a upratovačkou, ľudí si vážil rovnako His former manager said that when he first met Karel Gott he told him I have to break your nose. Karel loved her comment so much that he left there 1000 SK. She was very surprised. He said I very much love your approach People are just people and we have to love them. Or when the lady cleaned his room in the hotel he said thank you to her. Or when they were in the Holiday Inn Hotel he came down from the luxury restaurant to eat with ordinary workers because he loved to eat from ordinary coasters. Or when the manager came with some big delivery car, some lady refused to go in the car but Karel didn't mind. He was happy to be transported. They went to a wine event and Karel Gott got out of an old delivery car. He didn't have any stellar manners. The manager says that Karel Gott had the same respect for a cleaning lady as for the president. He taught him to love people and make no difference between people. The manager thinks that Karel also Belgium, Holand, Germany, and Austria loved him. One day Japanese fans were running to him in Prague and the manager asked him do you know them and he says yes they are Japanese fans I did a lot of concerts in Japan. Karel even said in an interview with Milan Lasica that he met Las Vegas big stars such as Sinatra, Sammy Daves Jr, Diana Ross, and others and that these greatest stars are usually the most humble people.
