Bonjour j'ai comencé le karaté a l'âge de 9 ans jusqu'a mes 12 ans ,j'ai arreter parce que les cours était trop tard le soir ,et je commencé un peu a m'ennuiyé ,mon proffesseur me fait toujours faire les meme chose pendant 1h30 soit kata,combat,ou combinaisonmais vraiment votre vidéo ma vraiment donné envie d'y retourné et j'y pense de plus en plus merci beaucoup

this is by far my favourite KATA and Mr Milon does it justice, through out my 35 year involve in this game only a few handful achieve this standard. bravo Sir very well done speed rotation and same height no ups/down smooth fluid execution(very much jealous ) thank you.

all black belts around the world should watch this...this guy is very sharp and with fantastic form ...this is how a black belt should be..all too often I see black belts with sloppy technique and makes you wonder how they achieved their rank..??

Some of Milon sharpness can be attributed to cocaine. An overdose of that was from what he died, if I am not mistaken.

+John-Paul Mitchell Sorry but you're totally mistaken (not abt his death but abt his life). Here's the truth. He was never a junkie and never won his awards with coke!! He just hung around with the bad persons while being caught by the show business just a few time before his death, that's at this time he met coke, never before. He had planned to play a role in a movie and become an actor (a few scenes were shot, search on YT, you may find them). He had planned another career: he had had some propositions due to his sport fame, charism etc. His sharpness had nothing to do with coke, believe me. I'm french, same age as he'd have turned, and mostly I knew him personaly because I also practiced Karate Shotokan for years. He was our national Sensei. His sharpness was from years of hard training everyday since his childhood (with his father among other coaches, he started at 8 y.o). Pls give him some respect and don't fuel gossip and myths while you don't know the whole story. He diserves much respect. This guy was really exceptional and also very friendly (may be too friendly with the wrong folks for sure...and that killed him!). He was found dead from cc in somebody's appartment yes, but he was never an addict! He didn't even smoke neither drink alcohol.

como es no ? yo no tengo esa flexibilidad que tenia este tipo , èl lo tenia todo una flexibilidad impresionante , Karateca destacado , una hermosa Novia , un bonito Auto del Año , y si embargo era un Drogadicto !!!!!.

Excellente technique . Je dirais superbe. Mais bon pour les articulations des genoux il est préférable de garder une réserve et ne pas donner les coups à fond cela risque de faire beaucoup de dégats d'articulations dans 20 ans ou plus et donc ne pluspouvoir marcher.
