Karaage (Japanese-Style Fried Chicken) recipe

This recipe is straightforward and uses simple ingredients. We use chicken thigh meat, marinated in a flavorful mix of soy sauce, sake, grated garlic, grated ginger, and chicken broth.
The marinated chicken is then coated with potato starch and fried until crispy.

Ingredients:
200g chicken thigh meat
potato starch
Seasoning:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake (Japanese rice wine)
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons chicken broth
Instructions:
Bring the chicken thigh meat to room temperature and trim off any excess fat.
Cut the chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with all the seasoning ingredients and massage well.
After coating in the sauce, let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot.
Coat the marinated chicken pieces in potato starch.
Fry the chicken in the oil heated to 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Once the chicken turns a fox-like color (golden brown), remove it from the oil.

鶏もも肉 200g
片栗粉
味付け
 醤油 大さじ2
 酒 大さじ1
 おろしにんにく 小さじ1
 おろししょうが 小さじ1
 鶏ガラスープ 大さじ2
作り方
1.鶏もも肉を常温に戻しておき、余分な脂を切ります。
2.鶏もも肉を一口大に切ります。
3.ボウルに鶏もも肉を入れ、味付けの材料を入れ、よくもみこみます。
4.たれにつけた状態で、1時間ほど冷蔵庫でおきます。
5.油を天ぷら鍋で熱します。
6.たれをつけた鶏もも肉に、片栗粉をまぶします。
7.180度に熱した油で、鶏もも肉を揚げます。
8.上下を返しながら5分間程度揚げ、きつね色になったら、取り出します。
