Hard Working people, owners may please provide them safety equipments. Apart from hand pumps what are other products?

The management ought to be ashamed of the poor and hazardous working conditions....

namesthe. without the workers you cannot run the factory. they are the backbones of the factory. I found all of them working in life threatening scenario. I don't know what the government labour inspectors are doing. safety first. they are not found working with helmet, hand gloves, long shoes, eye glasses, jacket for heat resistance. they are also not physically healthy. most pathetic. a canteen must be established and tiffin, tea, food is always available to them to wotk energetically. you can buy everything at cheap rates through bulk purchase. please treat the workers as your family members. you will see amazing success if you help them. show sympathy and mercy on the poor employees who are hard working. immediately provide shoes upto knee level as for fire fighters. my comment is not for fault finding but a request to help the employees. however it is left to you to decide. you have freedom to accept or reject my suggestions. I wish your institution all successes and I wish the employees for good Healthcare.
