Actually, everything you do during your lifetime.....Every lil thing.....is done by applying "all of your life knowledge" up to that point. We dont know what we dont know, and we're all literally products of our environment....We're The sum of every interaction and experience (good or bad) since our first breath up on this planet right up until this very moment.

16:00. Around the time I decided to download this episode. The conversation about guys and girls, the struggles for relationships, the human insecurities that worsen friction. Can easily be used as a reminder for all human relationships. Work, business, even just random folks. These people are as in their own heads as you are and will feel as up and down as you remember having felt. Try to remember this. Understand people are like you and want you to live up to the same heights as they believe in.

1:03:48...the bit that begins at this marker is beautiful. seriously - y'all's friendship is beautiful. i don't comment on shit ever, but i have a 10-year-old boy, & one of my biggest concerns about him growing into adulthood is that he will miss out on this type of genuine, fraternal-type, fictive kinship -- & not because his father & i don't make concerted efforts to foster an orientation toward understanding the deep & meaningful nature of those kinds of bonds, but because our culture doesn't exactly contribute to the effort by reinforcing them as well...in the words of d.t. "#sad," hahaha...but whatever - all i know is that every single one a y'all fellas is gonna make an excellent father -- just by modeling that for your kiddos. so blah, blah, blah...thank you for sharing this conversation, because i thoroughly enjoyed it, & it made me happy :)

Everyone is wrong about hitler. Or rather, the conventional conclusion as him being pure evil is incorrect. A lack of historical understanding of Germany is the reason for why people deem him as such… Nietzsche the great German philosopher, points out that after his time, Germanys ideologies that pervaded in his era, would grow into a monstrous ideology, that there was sadly no way to stop the disease from becoming possessive of the people of Germany. This disease, is what hitler contracted, it was what the whole of Germany contracted. We forget that although hitler was the preacher, the whole of Germany had this ideology possessing them! Nietzsche in genius fashion pointed out 100 years before us; that we moderners of the 21th century: would incorrectly be taught that hitler was the main cause of Germanys Nazism. But this is simply incorrect, but a cunning convention that allows us to have a figure whom like Jesus, represents one of the dualities of ‘good and evil’. But no, hitler was human, who has good and evil within him like all creatures on this planet; but! It was rather that the ideology of nazism that was growing rapidly through Germanys 20th century; possessed hitler and all of Germany. Hitler was the voice of this parasite called nazism. So we deem the disease to be hitler, but in reality, although hitler has a dark side like all creatures, he was invaded and possessed by a ideological evil. The great Fyodor Dostoevsky points out in his book “the possessed”: Europe in the next 200 years of modernity, will be infected by a psychological diseases so great, that after the disastrous wars that’ll emerge, the post generations will be too shocked to understand that these world wars were an evil of diseases, and not the evil of men, the diseases will merely take advantage of mankind’s evils, especially of those who are too weak to even attempt evil, let alone good.” Dostoevskys works were in the 1800s. Nietzsche understood this ideological disease so well, that he was able to cure himself from contracting this possessive eugenics ideology, though it was the reason why he was alone in his age. We moderners, are for the most part, completely clueless about ideological evils, diseases that need not avoidance, but understanding of them to be cured of or to become immune to. Simple virology really.

Great conversation about what being an “alpha” really is. A lot of men have it twisted. One of the best conversations I’ve heard from this podcast. One I thing I disagree with though is when Andrew said that men need to find love so they can realize all women aren’t full of shit. That is messed up that we as men gotta use some women as training wheels. We as men have to have good conversations with other men and break these stupid beliefs and pass on the healthy good ones. Great discussion.
