KANI SALAD SPRING ROLL with Peanut and Mayo Sauce | Healthy and Delicious Kani Salad Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
Lettuce
2 small carrots
1 large cucumber
2 Ripe mango
8 crabstick
Rice Paper
Peanut Sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp or more warm water
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 garlic clove
Mayo sauce
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/8 tsp sugar
2 pcs. Kalamansi or lemon

Hindi po advisable kasi yung rice paper once mabasa nyo na nagiging malabsa sa katagalan.

Hello! Hindi po advisable. Kasi yung rice paper may tendency na mamasa na pati din po yung mga fresh fruits.
If wala pong hoisin sauce ano pwedeng alternative?

You can steam but me, I blanche it for 1 minute. If you don't cook it will have a strong fishy taste

Nagdidikit po. Yung tlga ang struggle sa rice paper kaya as much as possible kainin agad. Pwede nmn ibalot mo individually sa wax paper para hindi magdikit.
