Kane Hodder is a GREAT guy in real life!! All he ever wanted to do is stunt work, and entertain people. He's really got a heart of gold!

Kane Hodder, once he had the hockey mask on, was all business. He took the role of Jason Voorhees seriously. If the director asked him to do something that seemed out of character for the Crystal Lake Killer, Hodder, in full Jason costume, would stare him down and say, "Jason wouldn't do that." The director, unnerved, would say, "Uh, ok."

@@chrislyle2675 You can read about it in his book. It's blown out of proportions on his IMDB page, but in reality it was just that the script in part 8 called for Jason to kick a dog. Kane merely stated that it was unnecessary and director Rob Hedden agreed. So yeah Kane knew what Jason wouldn't do but he didn't get menacing about it nor have staredowns. But you really should ready his book, he talks about this interview as well.

He even disliked Freddy vs. Jason for the way they portrayed the character and I can't blame him, especially that the new heads of New Line didn't want Kane Hodder to return and they didn't care if fans wanted him to return. Just disgusting cold, corporate scums in Hollywood.

I never enjoyed this much in my life watching somebody getting owned. It's so amazing how he managed not to break character! And i love how Kane moves in discomfort every time he gets touched.

Kane said this guy was nervous as fuck. He almost shit his pants when Kane pulled his hand. He told Kane not to fuck with him before the interview, and he did because he made the mistake of telling him. So funny.

Such a profound interview. Mr. Voorhees was a man of a few words.
