I just watch it somewhere a short while ago. Apparently she's outside of Japan. And considering she didn't realize "pink" could mean something dirty in Japanese (or she somewhat realize it, but unsure if it's really bad word or just slightly bad word). Yeah, there's fairly high chance she's not Japanese or at least wasn't raised in Japan. I like her Japanese accent though, especially that kusogaki reply to Hajime asking help. If I were to take my personal kaishaku ichi interpretation is, she's a half Japanese who's raised mostly outside of Japan, but with her Japanese parent only talking to her in Japanese at home.
