Uptown is Nakasero and kololo. Those streets are part of downtown which is CBD. The whole of Kampala Rd and Jinja road call it downtown

Vloggers are confusing downtown and uptown. Downtown means the part of a city where businesses are carried out. Call it CBC. Upcountry means part of the city which is basically for residence. Kampala Rd, Jinja Rd is downtown. Uptown starts from Sheraton, to Nakasero and kololo including other suburbs of bukoto, kamwokya, ntinda, gaba etc. So most of the vloggers don't give a right impression of Kampala city
