Uganda is developing but on a sinile and carmiroone pase.

I am proud of you my neighbors. The foot bridges are awesome and if they’re in Kenya, they’d be impassable because all manner of vendors from fruit sellers to goat sellers would be conducting business right there.

I was in Uganda 4 years ago and it seems the country is still the same no single development. Just red sand and so disorganized ash.
