Kamen rider decade is what we call hacks rider due to his ability to copy the form and abilities of other main riders from each series although at a lesser extent. Whatever they have, he'd probably already has a card that does the same albeit not as powerful. Pair that with his status as a singularity and dimension hopping ability. Makes him one of the most powerful existence in kamen rider history. Seriously this guy is considered a multiversal threat and is only beat by the king of all riders aka kamen rider oma zio. I'd bet MCU Thanos would stand no chance against this dude and comic book Thanos would find him a legit threat too. Since in both cases he has the ability to teleport others into alternate worlds making the infinity gauntlet useless.

Decade is one of the most famous character of whole kamen rider series. Fans call him Pink Demon(or, magenta) because of what he did to other kamen riders' back.

kamen rider Decade is the kamen rider of the 10 year era heisei anniversary. So in his series (kamen rider Decade) he got 9 powers of kamen rider before him (kuuga, Agito, Ryuuki, FAIZ, Blade, Hibiki, KABUTO, Den O and Kiva) . and in 2019 which is the anniversary of kamen rider era heisei for 20 years he got upgraded. he got extra 10 more rider power after him (Double, Os, Frozee, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex aid, Build, ZiO) and if include with his power, He got the 20 powers of kamen rider and a couple days ago Is the anniversary of kamen rider for 50 years.. special for that day, the company of kamen rider made the celebration of kamen rider Decade. And fun fact about kamen rider Decade, he the supposed to be boss of bad guy and he has to kill all the rider, but he been the opposite way.. he became the good guy.

I don't think you understood the concept of Decade. He is the 10th rider of the Heisei era, so his power is to become the previous riders (from Kuuga to Kiva, even the other riders, except the secondary, tertiary and fourth riders), he is also known to be the destroyer of worlds. when he uses his final form, he can summon other riders

Those aren't forms they are riders from other series.

I hate den-o form it is the weakest
