Decade is the 10th anniversary rider his job is the destroyer of worlds, he basically goes to alternate Kamen rider universe, and kill the rider of that world. he also gains their power as result

He doesn't want to be a destroyer, but the 9-AR world can't be balanced without destruction. He is the savior in the name of the destroyer.

Personally I Feel Like I Never See People Talk About Kiva and Wizard But It’s Become One Of My Favorites、I Know It's An Series That Definitely Deserves All The Love and Respect It Can Get!! 🔥😤 Wataru and Haruto Are Both Really Good Protagonists Even Better Than Sento and Sougo + Taiga/Shouma Yamamoto and Mayu/Erina Nakayama Deserve So Much Better Than This.
