    Kamuru showed that he still has it, he lost by knockout in a fight he was dominating and lost a close decision and then came in on short notice and was doing good he's definitely still got it

    A 2nd fight would be great. Usman with a full camp, make it 5 rounds and I think we'd see a different result. Usman looked fresh while Khamzat was tired after the 3rd. It was a great fight regardless.

    Very honest interview. In a 5 rounder this is a very different fight. I doubt any other WW would have made the jump up on such short notice. Must be hard for Usman being a winner for so long and now coming to terms with the L’s stacking up. He’s been a game champion that for some reason wasn’t appreciated as much but he’s right up there with GSP.

    I called it. Usman has no offensive solution on the ground. He’s never been compromised on the ground before except when Leon took him down and took his back. He’s not used to being in bad positions against GOOD grapplers.

    @@errbodylovesme I disagree. Elite defense isn’t just hanging on for dear life. Elite defense is scrambling, reversing, attacking to create openings. Usman just avoided getting submitted but got rode like a horse for a large portion of the fight. Good defensive BJJ is more than just avoiding a submission…that’s probably hard for non-BJJ practitioners to understand but that’s the reality.

    As a Khamzat fan, I agree that Usman would’ve won in a 5 rounds fight. The reason behind that is the lack of experience Khamzat has, and he never went 5 rounds so he also doesn’t have experience of that. While Kamaru does have the experience.

    He's still in denial. I understand that. He didn't start slow, Khamzat and his threat of wrestling just caught him off guard. Chimaev is just different in aura from the Covingtons and Masvidals.

    My favourite mma fighter by far. He is a true champion. Never once made excuses, gives 100% everytime and isn’t afraid to fight anyone . That is a real fighter and a real champion !

    The only reason the 2nd and 3rd round didn't go like the first is khazmat broke his hand. Usman being delusional again. Before khamzat broke his hand he was ragdolling usman

    How come they did not come across the idea of fighting five rounds until now ? I mean , Kamaru is not alone taking this descisions. The coaches have to take part in this , as well. The "right " answers always seem to come after the fight....just sayin. With all the experience from his team , they must be able to prevent this from happening

    Props to Usman. He did well for a short notice fight. He can't be crying about more rounds though, Simply because your opponent got tired.

    Yeah Usman has to just give himself the grace that this fight proves that he still got it. If that's what he needed to prove after Leon. Didn't win the fight but won everyone who has eyes to see that he's still a nightmare. Khamzat has a broken hand to prove it. Slam

    Usman is still elite, but to put in a built in excuse saying he just came off the couch is wild. This was last minute for Khamza as well. 100 percent sure Usman would get dominated even if it’s a full camp due to Khamza most likely going to change his tactic. Usman took the fight believing he would win

    Usman about to go on a tony ferguson run. He treid to fight often vs the new best at 38 this is similar. Seen usman knocked out cold, beat over 5, dominated with wrestling. He is old i feel for him
