Usman is going to be a beast at middleweight. I think the knee injury talk is overblown a bit and his upper body strength will always be there as well. We will see if age is a factor or not I guess but since usmans cardio has never been in question I don't see it being an issue.

Him and Covington are my favorite fighters. So pumped. I get to see them both fight before the year’s over. I think Usman can pull it off. He punches harder. The jab that finished Gilbert. Proves it. It’s all about if his knees are really shot. If they are, he is screwed if they’re not, he can win.

⁠@@fleecebookshelf that’s fine. I wonder why but Usman finished Gilbert with that jab. Khamzat did not. The only problem I have is if Usman’s knees are really shot he’s in trouble. If his knees are in good shape. I think he can do it. When was the last time he had a three round fight? He is in such good shape. So I’m not worried about the cardio. We will find out soon enough.

@@youtubeconnollyfamily i honestly think it was more the first shot usman landed once gilbert was on the floor that put him out after rewatching that fight, the jab only dropped him same as Khamzats which would tell me the difference is experience where Usman stayed calm and Khamzat rushed for the finish, but that’s just my opinion. Usmans knees are deffo a concern but if he’s been actively training with ppl like Shavkat Garry Burns etc then i imagine they’re still holding up well enough. Can’t express how excited i am about this fight

I just think that version of usman is gone. The headkick from Leon has him thinking to much in there. Chimaev pretty handily

I appreciate Usman more now that he can speak from the heart. No more posturing. More relatable. I see more his championship spirit after getting beaten by Edwards 2X. Rooting for him to tame the Wolf this weekend!

He was getting cocky and delusional, talking about LHW championship and Canelo fight. I prefer this version of Kamaru Usman, he is actually a good guy. But that being said, I miss the era of Usman vs Covington. Both fights were very entertaining.

Feel like there’s a chance he retires if he loses, although I don’t think he should. I feel like it’s a real possibility. Love Kamaru. Hope the best for him. Gangster for taking this fight
